Returns and Exchanges
Iron Pony Directs’ goal is that you are satisfied with your product. We understand that sometimes the need arises to exchange items. Iron Pony Direct LLC will exchange or refund any returned merchandise that is unused, never installed, undamaged and still packaged in the manufactures original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. There is a flat shipping fee of $8.95 for all exchanges. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Items sent back C.O.D. would be refused. Special orders may not be returned or exchanged.
